Finmile Operational Superintelligence
Solutions / By function

Investigate every claim with the full operational record.

Claims get paid because nobody had time to look. Compliance slips because the evidence was never assembled. Finmile does both, on every case, not a sample.

01 / The execution gap

The work that sits between your systems.

Your systems know the business. Your people know how it actually runs. The gap between them is where the day goes.

Today

Why claims get paid.

Most claims are not fraudulent. They are simply unexamined, because the operational record needed to examine them was never brought together in one place.

  • The claim arrives weeks after the delivery it refers to.
  • The evidence sits in three places, none of them the claim.
  • Nobody remembers what happened on that particular job.
  • Investigating costs more than the claim is worth.
  • So it gets paid, and the same pattern repeats.
With Finmile

What Finmile owns instead.

A claims worker examines every case. It retrieves the proof, tests it against the account of what happened, applies the policy and produces a decision somebody can stand behind.

  • Retrieve the proof captured at the point of delivery.
  • Test the claim against the operational record and the driver account.
  • Apply the policy and the contract terms to what it finds.
  • Recommend, decline or pay inside your authority model.
  • Record the reasoning so an auditor can replay it.
02 / The workers

The workers on this job.

Each worker owns an outcome rather than a queue, and you decide what it may do on its own.

The loop it runs, every time.

Give Finmile an outcome. It does not stop at the recommendation, it finishes the job.

01

Understand

A claim, a compliance check or a pattern of failures lands, and Finmile opens the case.

02

Investigate

It retrieves the proof, the job record, the messages and the account of what happened on the day.

03

Decide

It applies the contract terms and your claims policy to the evidence, not to the claimant summary.

04

Act

It requests anything that is missing, then declines, recommends or pays inside the authority you granted.

05

Follow through

It records the reasoning, closes the case and feeds the pattern back so the cause can be fixed.

04 / Governed by you

Authority, evidence and audit.

Autonomous does not mean uncontrolled. Every worker runs inside boundaries you write and can change.

FAQs

Claims and compliance questions.

Can Finmile investigate and resolve claims?

Yes. A Finmile worker can open the claim, reconstruct the event history, collect photographs and documents, contact the parties involved, check policy and identify missing evidence. It can resolve routine claims within delegated limits or send a complete file to an authorised person. Every source, action, decision and outcome is retained for audit.

Can Finmile be used in regulated or safety-critical operations?

Yes, with the right scope and controls. Safety, clinical, legal or regulated judgement can remain with authorised people, while Finmile handles monitoring, evidence gathering, coordination and routine actions. Deterministic restrictions, mandatory approvals, audit trails and fail-safe escalation should be designed into each safety-critical workflow.

Does every AI decision leave an audit trail?

Yes. Finmile is designed to record the trigger, sources checked, communications, reasoning context, decision, action, approval and final outcome for each workflow. This makes operational work observable and reviewable. The exact records retained and retention period are configured around the customer's process, security and regulatory requirements.

How does Finmile prevent AI hallucinations from affecting operations?

Finmile grounds workflows in approved systems, documents, policies and live operational data. Deterministic rules restrict what the worker can do, while confidence, contradiction and missing evidence can trigger clarification or escalation. Tool permissions limit execution, and the full decision path can be reviewed. High-risk actions should always use appropriately strict controls and testing.

How does Finmile prevent the same operational problem from recurring?

Finmile records the causes and outcomes behind completed workflows, allowing repeated exceptions to be identified across sites, suppliers, routes, assets or processes. That evidence can trigger preventative checks, revised playbooks, earlier interventions or changes to the operation. Finmile can automate the prevention workflow, while process owners decide which structural improvements to adopt.
