Hold every carrier to the promise they made.
Allocations, missed collections, silent consignments and the endless hunt for a status. Finmile coordinates the carrier network so your team stops being the integration layer.
The work that sits between your systems.
Your systems know the business. Your people know how it actually runs. The gap between them is where the day goes.
The chase that never ends.
Every carrier has a different portal, a different file format and a different idea of what counts as an update. Your team becomes the layer that holds them together.
- Log into one carrier portal after another looking for a status.
- Email a subcontractor and wait for an answer that may not come.
- Phone the depot when the email does not come back.
- Tell the customer something before you actually know it.
- Rebuild the story later when the invoice is queried.
What Finmile owns instead.
A carrier worker treats the network as one operation. It allocates, chases, escalates and records across whatever channel each carrier actually answers on.
- Allocate work against lane, service level and past behaviour.
- Chase a missing scan or a silent consignment without being asked.
- Escalate through the portal, email or phone until it is answered.
- Write the confirmed position back into your systems.
- Keep the evidence that answers the invoice query later.
The workers on this job.
Each worker owns an outcome rather than a queue, and you decide what it may do on its own.
AllocationPlace each load with the right carrier for the lane and the promise.
Track and TraceNotice a missing milestone before the customer does, then close the gap.
The loop it runs, every time.
Give Finmile an outcome. It does not stop at the recommendation, it finishes the job.
Understand
A milestone is missed, a scan stays silent or a load needs allocating. Finmile takes the job.
Investigate
It checks the portal, the booking, the history and how that carrier has behaved on this lane before.
Decide
It picks the next action, whether that is chase, escalate, reallocate or confirm, inside the rules you set.
Act
It works the portal, sends the email, makes the call and writes the confirmed position back.
Follow through
It keeps the case open until the carrier has actually done what it promised to do.
Authority, evidence and audit.
Autonomous does not mean uncontrolled. Every worker runs inside boundaries you write and can change.
Transport and carrier questions.
Can Finmile automate carrier sourcing, check calls and transport coordination?
Yes. A worker can contact approved carriers, collect rates and availability, verify compliance, book within commercial guardrails and update the TMS. During execution it can run check calls, collect location and ETA, coordinate pickup or delivery appointments and recover exceptions. It can also collect documents and support freight audit after delivery.
How can AI workers automate logistics and delivery operations?
Finmile's AI workers can run track-and-trace checks, recover missed milestones, contact drivers and carriers, update ETAs, coordinate appointments, resolve failed deliveries, collect proof of delivery and notify customers. They work across transport systems, telematics, driver apps and communication channels, keeping responsibility for the case until the shipment or delivery reaches a confirmed outcome.
Can Finmile work with systems that do not have an API?
Often, yes. APIs and webhooks are preferred because they are reliable and observable, but Finmile can also work with approved databases, files, emails, documents and controlled user interfaces. The appropriate method depends on the system, the action required, security constraints and the reliability needed for the workflow.
Which systems does Finmile integrate with?
Finmile can operate across enterprise and operational systems including ERP, TMS, WMS, CRM, order management, field service, workforce, telematics, planning, finance, claims and compliance platforms. It can also use databases, data warehouses, documents, event streams and partner portals. The required integrations are selected around the first workflow rather than requiring the entire technology estate to be connected at once.
What happens when Finmile does not have enough information?
Finmile can search approved systems, inspect documents, contact the relevant person or request specific evidence. If the missing information cannot be obtained, sources conflict or the worker lacks authority, it escalates the case with the investigation already completed. It should not turn uncertainty into an invented fact.
Two ways to deploy this.
Keep the carrier stack you have, or run the execution layer on Finmile.
Run the operation, not just the route.
