Finmile Operational Superintelligence
Solutions / By function

Give operations an AI workforce.

Exceptions, dispatch cover, escalations, partner chasing and service recovery. The work that fills your control room is the work Finmile is built to own.

01 / The execution gap

The work that sits between your systems.

Your systems know the business. Your people know how it actually runs. The gap between them is where the day goes.

Today

What the control room absorbs today.

Dashboards tell your team what happened. Everything after that is human: the investigation, the calls, the decision, the update and the follow-up. That work is where the shift actually goes.

  • Notice the exception on a dashboard, or fail to.
  • Open one system after another to work out what really happened.
  • Ring the depot, the partner or the driver to confirm it.
  • Decide the recovery, then persuade somebody to carry it out.
  • Update the records and write the handover note.
With Finmile

What Finmile owns instead.

An operations worker is given an objective, not a ticket. It investigates, contacts whoever it needs to, decides inside your authority model and stays on the job until the outcome is confirmed.

  • Pick up the exception the moment it appears.
  • Retrieve context across systems, history and conversations.
  • Call, message or email the people involved.
  • Change the plan and write it back to the systems of record.
  • Keep working until the outcome is confirmed.
02 / The workers

The workers on this job.

Each worker owns an outcome rather than a queue, and you decide what it may do on its own.

03 / The loop

The loop it runs, every time.

Give Finmile an outcome. It does not stop at the recommendation, it finishes the job.

01

Understand

An exception, a message or a live signal says something has changed. Finmile picks it up without waiting for a dashboard to be read.

02

Investigate

It retrieves the job, the history, the documents and the conversations that explain what actually happened.

03

Decide

It weighs the options against the objective, the evidence in front of it and the authority you granted.

04

Act

It calls, messages, reassigns, reschedules, escalates and updates the systems of record.

05

Follow through

It monitors the outcome, responds to new information and closes the job, leaving context behind for the next one.

04 / Governed by you

Authority, evidence and audit.

Autonomous does not mean uncontrolled. Every worker runs inside boundaries you write and can change.

FAQs

Operations questions.

What is an AI worker?

An AI worker is a software agent with a clear operational objective, access to approved tools and data, and defined authority to act. It can investigate a problem, call or message people, make a decision, update systems and continue monitoring the result. Unlike a chatbot, an AI worker is measured by whether the operational job was completed, not whether it produced a convincing response.

How is agentic AI different from traditional workflow automation?

Traditional workflow automation moves work through predetermined steps. Agentic AI can determine which permitted step is appropriate based on the current situation. A Finmile worker can gather missing information, compare conflicting sources, communicate with people and adapt the workflow as new information arrives. The objective and boundaries remain fixed even when the path to resolution changes.

What operational workflows can Finmile's AI workers automate?

Finmile can automate workflows involving detection, investigation, communication, decision-making, system updates and follow-through. Examples include delivery recovery, urgent dispatch, replenishment, customer resolution, carrier coordination, appointment scheduling, claims, compliance, document collection, invoice reconciliation and collections. The best first workflow is frequent, time-sensitive, measurable and governed by rules that can be made explicit.

Does Finmile continue monitoring a case after taking action?

Yes. Follow-through is a core part of Finmile Autonomy. Sending a message, updating a status or creating a task does not necessarily mean the operational objective has been achieved. The worker can wait for a response or event, reassess new information, take another permitted action and keep the case open until completion is confirmed.

How do we control what Finmile's AI workers are allowed to do?

Every worker has defined access, authority, actions, limits and escalation rules. Controls can vary by workflow, customer, location, value, risk or type of decision. The organisation determines what the worker may read, change, approve and communicate. Finmile cannot grant itself additional authority outside that configuration.
