Close the financial loop automatically.
The operation finished days ago. The invoice still does not agree with it. Finmile turns completed work into a clean financial position without the spreadsheet.
The work that sits between your systems.
Your systems know the business. Your people know how it actually runs. The gap between them is where the day goes.
The month end you already know.
Reconciliation is not hard. It is large, repetitive and spread across systems that were never designed to agree with each other.
- Export the invoice, export the job list, open a spreadsheet.
- Match what you can and flag what you cannot explain.
- Email the carrier about lines nobody can account for.
- Accept the small differences because chasing them costs more.
- Do exactly the same again next month.
What Finmile owns instead.
A reconciliation worker matches every line against what the operation actually did, isolates the differences, gathers the evidence and raises the query itself.
- Match invoice lines to completed work and agreed rates.
- Isolate the differences and explain each one in plain terms.
- Attach the operational evidence to the query it raises.
- Raise and chase that query with the carrier or supplier.
- Release the clean lines and track the rest to a close.
The workers on this job.
Each worker owns an outcome rather than a queue, and you decide what it may do on its own.
Query ResolutionRaise the query, attach the evidence and chase it to a conclusion.
Billing PreparationAssemble what should be charged from what was actually delivered.
The loop it runs, every time.
Give Finmile an outcome. It does not stop at the recommendation, it finishes the job.
Understand
An invoice or a self-billing file arrives, or a billing run falls due. Finmile takes the whole set.
Investigate
It matches every line against completed work, the evidence captured at the time and the rates that were agreed.
Decide
It separates the clean lines from the differences and explains each difference in operational terms.
Act
It releases what matches, raises the queries with evidence attached and chases the named contacts.
Follow through
It keeps every open query moving until it is concluded, then closes the period.
Authority, evidence and audit.
Autonomous does not mean uncontrolled. Every worker runs inside boundaries you write and can change.
Finance and reconciliation questions.
Can Finmile reconcile invoices and investigate discrepancies?
Yes. Finmile can match an invoice against agreed rates, completed work, quantities, distance, timestamps, proof and authorised surcharges. If the records do not agree, it can retrieve evidence, contact the supplier or carrier, request a correction and update finance systems. Payment or dispute decisions remain constrained by value limits and approval rules.
Can multiple AI workers share the same operational context?
Yes. Different workers can use shared Operational Memory while retaining their own objective, permissions and rules. A delivery worker, claims worker and reconciliation worker may all need the same job history, evidence and customer context. Sharing verified context prevents each function from rebuilding the case independently.
How does Finmile handle sensitive and personal data?
Finmile should be configured to use only the data required for the approved workflow. Access, storage, retention and deletion rules are defined with the customer, alongside role-based permissions and auditability. Sensitive deployments require appropriate security, privacy and legal review before production use, particularly when health, financial, employee or customer data is involved.
What happens if an integrated system or AI model becomes unavailable?
Finmile can use defined fallbacks such as retrying safely, switching to an approved alternative, pausing the action, using another channel or escalating to a person. The workflow should fail safely rather than continue with missing context. Availability, recovery and escalation requirements are designed around the operational importance of each worker.
Does Finmile learn from previous decisions and outcomes?
Finmile can use verified previous cases to improve context, prioritisation and future decisions. It can identify recurring exceptions, effective recovery actions and patterns in suppliers, sites, routes or customers. Learning remains governed: changes to authority, policy or high-impact behaviour should be tested, reviewed and versioned rather than silently adopted.
