Keep the line fed and the plant moving.
Inbound components, plant to plant transfers, outbound finished goods and the engineers who keep it all running. Finmile AI workers own the exceptions that stop production.
The work that sits between your systems.
Your systems know the business. Your people know how it actually runs. The gap between them is where the day goes.
What your team does today.
Your ERP knows the purchase order. Your carrier portal knows the consignment. Your maintenance system knows the asset. Nobody holds the whole picture, so a person joins it together by hand every time a promise slips.
- Ring the supplier to find out where the component actually is.
- Work out which production order the delay hits first.
- Find a vehicle, a driver or a carrier at short notice.
- Tell goods-in, the planner and the shift manager separately.
- Write the whole thing up so the claim can be raised later.
What Finmile owns instead.
Finmile is given an outcome, not a task. It reads what changed, retrieves the context that matters, decides inside the authority you set and keeps working until production has what it needs.
- Detect the slip before the line feels it.
- Investigate across ERP, carrier and supplier records.
- Contact the supplier, the carrier or the site directly.
- Change the plan and update the systems of record.
- Follow through until the material is on site.
The workers on this job.
Each worker owns an outcome rather than a queue, and you decide what it may do on its own.
Plant TransferKeep movements between your own sites flowing when capacity or slots change.
Goods-in ProofMatch evidence to the order line so receipting stops being a manual hunt.
The loop it runs, every time.
Give Finmile an outcome. It does not stop at the recommendation, it finishes the job.
Understand
A supplier confirmation changes, a carrier scan is missing or a transfer slot is lost. Finmile reads the event as it lands.
Investigate
It retrieves the order line, the consignment history, the site schedule and what happened the last time this supplier ran late.
Decide
It weighs the options against the production plan, the agreed policy and the authority you granted it.
Act
It calls or messages the supplier, books an alternative movement, updates the ERP and tells the people who need to know.
Follow through
It keeps watching until the material is booked in, then writes what it learned into Operational Memory.
Authority, evidence and audit.
Autonomous does not mean uncontrolled. Every worker runs inside boundaries you write and can change.
Manufacturing and industrial questions.
Do we need to replace our existing software to use Finmile?
No. Finmile Autonomy is built in place across the systems, people and processes already running the operation. The first deployment normally focuses on one workflow and only the integrations required for that outcome. Organisations that later want Finmile to provide the underlying execution layer can consider Finmile OS.
Can Finmile automate inventory replenishment and stock transfers?
Yes. A worker can monitor stock levels, demand, supplier commitments and operational priorities, then create or recommend replenishment and transfers within defined rules. It can also chase supplier confirmations, resolve shortages, update planning systems and monitor receipt. Commercial, safety-stock or high-value decisions can require human approval.
Can Finmile work with our existing ERP, TMS, WMS and CRM?
Yes. Finmile Autonomy is specifically designed to work across existing systems. A worker can read the context it needs, perform approved updates and keep records synchronised across the workflow. This allows an organisation to add autonomous execution without replacing years of investment in its ERP, TMS, WMS, CRM or specialist operational software.
Can Finmile identify problems before they cause a failure?
Yes. Finmile can monitor leading signals such as missing confirmations, unrealistic ETAs, incomplete documents, unusual behaviour, stock risk or a broken dependency. It can then validate the risk and take a preventative action before the downstream failure occurs. The available warning time depends on the quality and timeliness of the underlying data.
What kinds of businesses can use Finmile Autonomy?
Finmile Autonomy is designed for businesses running complex physical or service operations. This includes logistics, freight, wholesale distribution, retail fulfilment, automotive parts, field service, utilities, healthcare logistics, waste services, manufacturing and cold-chain operations. The strongest use cases involve frequent exceptions, several systems, multiple stakeholders and a clear operational outcome.
Two ways to deploy this.
Keep the stack your plants already run on, or run the execution layer on Finmile.
Run the operation, not just the route.
